Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading FMCG business to assist in the recruitment of a Site Finance Manager. The role is reporting to the Finance Director, this position must be filled by a candidate who is ACMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, be able to resolve issues proactively and drive change.
Job Description
- Preparation of month end figures and reports
- Review process costs and stock values
- Business partner with non-finance stakeholders, providing financial guidance to drive key business decisions
- Responsible for a management accounts team of 3
- Monthly reporting, with focus on areas of responsibility
- Budgets and forecasts
- Support the ops team and assist in driving projects
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
- Must have relevant manufacturing sector experience
- Experience of costings and stock
- Management skills would be desirable
- Strong systems exposure and good excel skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to business partner with non-finance
