Your new company
A rapid-growth tech company which represents fun and creativity is looking for a new Senior Reporting Manager to join their successful, animated and experienced team. This company has a global presence, with offices in Europe and the US, with a culture that esteems diversity and originality.

Your new role
This role has been created as an expansion of the function in the UK to elaborate on the technical breadth of the current team. This will be a fast-paced, expanding and hands-on role, working closely alongside and reporting to the Director of Accounting, working within a rapid growth environment.

More specifically, you will be involved in project managing the annual statutory audit process for 12 operating entities across EMEA, working with other qualified accountants (legal entity owners) to deliver complete and accurate financial statements and maintain the statutory accounting ledger. You will also be heavily involved in developing a deep business awareness, explaining the story behind the numbers, including the transfer pricing relationships and revenue models/transaction flows.

This role has the financial and social opportunity to partner with other finance teams across the business, to strengthen communication lines and build relationships, and also manage the advisory engagement fee budget. You will also be navigating multi-currency consolidation and reporting quarterly to a larger group body.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified (ideally chartered ACA) accountant with large, complex business experience. A Big 4 or Top 6 practice trained background with industry (in-house) experience is desirable, whilst big 4 manager experience in audit is a further strength. Strong experience coordinating with advisory firms, as well as EMEA exposure across multiple jurisdictions is a further asset, whilst people management and development experience are the soft skills which are particularly sought after for this opportunity. A proactive and professional manner will bring credence and drive within this innovative environment.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer with great opportunities for liaising across geographies and business teams. You will work alongside impressive colleagues with a wealth of experience and a similar intuition that is motivated by high performance, reward, and imagination. This role also has an exciting progression plan.
