Finance Administrator/ Purchase Ledger

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a key client based within the Leeds area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator/Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a great understanding of purchase ledger and is looking to join a dynamic and friendly team. The successful candidate will be involved in pure purchase ledger duties including processing supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, preparing and processing payment runs, liaising with suppliers and supporting the wider finance team with any ad- hoc duties. There will also be a range of general finance administrating duties including answering the phone, answering the company emails, office admin duties and being front of house. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:

*Processing supplier invoices
*Preparing and processing payment runs
*Bank reconciliations
*Liaising with suppliers
*Resolving supplier/invoice/payment queries
*Reception duties such as answering the phone and emails
*Office Administration duties
*Front of house


The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

- At least 1 years experience working within Purchase Ledger
- Previous experience working within a finance/accounts admin role
- A good level of competence in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
