Our client, a PE backed FCA regulated business, is looking for an Interim M&A lead to come in and support them for 6 months. The expectation will be that you be based remotely for the duration of the assignment.
The business has a few acquisitions in the pipeline and therefore they require a strong hands-on M&A person to take the lead and hit the ground running.
The key responsibility will be executing deals end to end varying in size (up to £10m), including legal liaison and financial due diligence.
FCA Regulated industry experience is a must!
