Reporting to #1 FC you'll be fully responsible for the day to day finance function, leading the team and hands on production of monthly management accounts.

Description
- Day to day management of the Finance team
- Support FC with the production of Management Accounts
- Preparation of monthly site P&L and balance sheet
- Prepare and review accruals and prepayments
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Management of cost centre budgets & variance analysis with budget holders
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Assist in the year end audit and financial accounting work
- VAT & Duty Tax Management
- Support creating board packs
- Drive continuous improvement across accounting controls and processes
Profile
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
- Strong understanding of Management accounts
- Ability to build relationships at all levels & influence
- Strong excel & systems skills
- A proactive "can-do" approach
- Experience in analysing large amounts of data
- A desire to improve and refine processes
