Chief Financial Officer

SF Group are working with a medium sized, private equity backed service sector business in Gloucestershire to find a commercially minded and upwardly mobile Chief Financial Officer.

As right hand to the CEO of this fast growing and highly profitable organisation, you will work with The Board to set and deliver the three year plan but on a day to day basis ensure a culture of no surprises and cutting edge financial reporting that can really help the business understand performance.

Given the ownership structure, you will be the lead person in terms of the investor relationship and give external stakeholders confidence at all times that you are fully on top of the numbers.

Due to the size of the business and lack of complex financial instruments, as well as considering candidates that have already led a PE backed business as CFO, we would be happy to hear from candidates who are No 1 in a privately owned business or candidates who have been No 2 in a PE backed business and looking for that first No 1 role.

Provided you are prepared to get into the detail, we could also consider candidates from group subsidiaries but our ability to put such candidates forward will depend on the extent to which we have candidates that cover the bases above.
