Responsibilities:-
Reporting to the Finance Director the role will be responsible for:
* Production of monthly Management Accounts including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and providing commentary.
* Preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Provide support to the AP and AR process whilst managing cash flow and working capital.
* Supporting Year End close - liaison with external auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
* Maintaining and development of robust financial controls
* Develop, improve, and enhance processes and procedures.
* VAT compliance - calculation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
* Maintenance of the fixed asset register
* Ad-hoc projects and analysis to assist the Finance Director

Requirements:-
An accountancy qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Strong technical accounting skills
Excellent Excel skills to advanced level
Highly organised and detail orientated, adept at multi-tasking and managing workload, including projects
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to build and foster relationships and work with global cross-functional teams
