Finance Business Partner

We are excited to be partnering with a well known business on the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to work in their offices based on the outskirts of Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have recently qualified and want to take a step up with the support with an established team around you. You will take full financial responsibility for a key site within the business and will have the support of 4 additional finance managers to gain knowledge and guidance from.

You will take full responsibility for the financial and management reporting on site and will have line management responsibility for a Finance Administrator. The key duties within this role are as follows -

- Maintain strong business partnering support to drive a culture of performance and financial awareness

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process

- Reconcile the balance sheet and sign off each period and identify/resolve any issues

- Maintain robust accounting controls for all stock and suggest process improvements where needed

Working within this business you will be given opportunities for career progression and growth, this is a fast paced industry which is constantly evolving and will offer exciting opportunities to the right individual.

You must be nearly or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA and have already have proven experience in the above areas, this position will also suit somebody that is working in a similar role but would like the opportunity of progression and stability.
