Our client, a services organisation are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join them for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. The role reports in to the Commercial Finance Director and would be broad in terms of responsibilities, but not limited to;
- Leading the Annual Business Plan and forecasting process within Group
- Act as a trusted, visible and accessible point of contact to the business leaders, providing financial and commercial decision support
- Challenge the status quo – promote a culture of continuous improvement, standardisation and simplification
- Work in partnership with Finance Operations, Shared Service Centre, Regional Finance and Global Finance
- Coach, manage and develop a team of three direct reports
