Finance Manager

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a stable business based in Barnsley who are in a strong position to grow. They are looking for a Finance Manager with experience of working within an owner managed business. The role will require you to manage the finance function of multiple UK entities of a global group.

The ideal candidate will be qualified or qualified by experience and have the ability to work closely with senior management.

The role:

• Prepare monthly management accounts including analysis and commentary
• Present month end analysis to MD
• Prepare Year end statutory accounts to relevant accounting standards
• VAT returns
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage the day to day duties of finance function
• Support and manage a small team

The Individual

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Management experience ideally
• Good Excel Skills
• Confident communicator
• Qualified or QBE
• Experience in a similar role essential
