Description

Building and maintaining relationships with the Regional Management, Development, Delivery, Commercial, and Sales and Marketing teams, gaining an understanding of their projectsOwning the Investment Appraisal process, changing or designing it as requiredMonitoring the current project spend, reporting this to the Regional Management Teams on a monthly basisManaging the reporting process for specific developments, improving the reporting process whilst ensuring that it is timely and accurateAttending project meetings and reflecting all changes within the appraisal and cash flowPreparation of financial information for consideration by Joint Venture BoardsAssistance with the preparation of the divisional cash flow and financial forecastsDirect support for the Sales and Marketing teamsOther ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as requiredThe role offers considerable room for growth and development in a well-funded, dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation, working as part of an established and high-performing team.

Profile

The successful Commercial Finance Analyst:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountantAdvanced Excel modelling skillsProject accounting and residential or construction sector experienceAbility to interpret, augment and present data in a logical mannerAbility to concisely and clearly present information to both financial and non-financial team members
