Financial Controller

Our client is seeking to recruit qualified Financial Controller to join a successful business as part of the senior management team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the provision of financial support to ensure the business achieves it targets, ensuring robust controls and balance sheet integrity coupled with analysis and insight to support business performance. The Financial Controller will manage a medium size finance team and key responsibilities will include: production of monthly management accounts, provide insightful reporting on business performance and monthly board packs, budgeting and forecasting, maintain and improve internal controls, working capital and cash management, business partner key stakeholders across the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA and have relevant financial experience gained within the manufacturing/ FMCG sector. You should have strong technical accounting skills, the ability to build and manage a team, and strong communication and influencing skills to develop strong working relationships across the business as part of the management team.
