CFO

We are currently handling the search to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a private equity backed retail business. The business is a well known British brand with a chain of high street stores and successful e-commerce operations. It has been performing well and has established a strong platform for future growth.

The CFO will lead the finance and IT functions and enjoy taking responsibility for their strategic direction and high performance whilst leading on forecasting processes to monitor performance across the business and establish relevant targets.

The CFO will need excellent leadership skills and to be a commercial operator, who is comfortable being hands on and working in the detail. They will need experience working in a retail business or another closely related sector. Private Equity experience is not essential but would be desirable.
