Head of Treasury

A PE backed business is looking to recruit a Head of Treasury to join its London team for a full-time, permanent role that can be carried out remotely. They are ideally looking for a Senior Treasury Manager who is looking to make that step up into their first Head of Treasury role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key duties of the Head of Treasury will include:

• Overseeing treasury operations
• Maintaining and developing bank relationships
• Treasury reporting
• Key ownership of short-term liquidity forecasting and 5-year business plan cash forecasts
• Maintaining and developing relationships with merchant card providers with Treasury Operations Manager
• Responsibility for the banking payments system
• Ownership with the compliance team of treasury related policies and procedures
• Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within the broader finance function

Key Requirements

• You will be a qualified Accountant or Treasurer (ACA/ACT/MCT) currently working at Senior Treasury Manager level.
• You will have demonstrable experience in managing Treasury Operations in a corporate function.
• You will possess deep understanding of complex cash management within an externally financed business, combined with a knowledge of debt waterfalls.
• An understanding of real estate finance and merchant payment arrangements is desirable.

Salary

On offer for the Head of Treasury will be £100,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
