Collections Specialis Job, Based in Salford

Your new role
This is a temporary to permanent job that requires a Collections Specialist to come in and be an integral part of the Credit function. It's important to note that there is a guaranteed permanent role there, you will just work via Hays throughout your probationary period. Your main duties will include; proactively contacting customers to chase payment (B2C & B2B), understanding customers situations, reaching agreements with customers, operating on a dialler formation to maximise collections, providing an excellent level of customer service and liaising with DCA's when required. This job is ideal for someone looking to take on additional work, grow their career and work within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, you will be expected to be flexible when required to coincide with the offices opening & closing times.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have a strong background in B2C Collections. Experience dealing with DCA's and working on a dialler is highly advantageous. Also, you must be prepared to work on shift patters- 8pm being the latest finish( max twice per week) and no weekend work.
