Your new role
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 Credit Controllers with responsibility for key customers. This will include ensuring that KPIs are met and the timely collection of outstanding payments by the team. You will be involved with training and development, welfare, dealing with escalated queries and will report on debt.


What you'll need to succeed
you will need recent experience in a similar credit supervisory role. You will require strong leadership and motivational skills, and you will need to be results driven with excellent communication skills.
