Group FP&A Analyst

Partner Financial are engaged with a global consumer brand in Leeds. The company has grown extensively in the last few years, resulting in significant investment across the business, with a real focus on new product pipeline.  They have an established customer based in the UK and their international reach is growing consistently.

With an entrepreneurial Board and acquisitive strategy, the Senior Management Team are keen to build a best in class finance function to be the focal point of their goals. You will have strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills, with a natural ability to solve problems, challenge and ask the right questions.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring systems have accurately recorded the Groups financials, ensuring checks and reconciliations are in place where required
• Producing month end reports, ensuring they are timely, accurate and consistent
• Supporting the Head of Group FP&A to deliver the Group forecasts and budgets, collating submissions from global entities
• Working alongside the IT team to ensure systems are optimised for ease of use, ensuring maintenance of appropriate data structures
• Managing a selection of Group cost centres and ensuring costs are controlled
• Providing ad hoc analysis when required to support the wider Group team 

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced excel skills, prior experience of working with consolidation systems are an advantage
• Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
