Finance Business Partner

Commercially facing role with remote options within a forward thinking business

Your new company
An established multi-site business with a broad portfolio seek to appoint a commercially minded accountant to join them as a finance business partner. The role can predominantly be serviced remotely but on the basis that the candidate is accessible to the South Coast to attend key meetings in person when it is safe to return to the office environment.

Your new role
You will act as a trusted advisor to a senior stakeholder group setting business targets whilst monitoring performance in order to drive major operational decisions. You will provide management reports, digging into the data in order to provide MI which helps to improve revenue growth whilst optimising costs. You will create, present, and communicate with your internal audience at periodic and ad-hoc briefings whilst building budgets and developing dashboards which presents financial information in a user friendly manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong business partnering skills. You will be proven in interpreting strategy and applying policy to support a business in terms of delivering medium to long term business objectives
