Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering exclusively with a successful and well established business in Rotherham as they seek to recruit a dynamic and inter-personally strong Commercial Finance Manager for their finance team.

The key purpose of this role will be to formulate, control and critique the financial performance of the firm and identify commercial areas of opportunity and growth, as well as drive continuous improvements for the department. You will also be required to maintain communications and business partner with stakeholders across the wider business and other sites.

Duties will include:

-Management accounts preparation and analysis
-Oversee/Review/Question full management accounts process
-Analyse both the P&L and Balance Sheet
-Budgeting and Forecasting
-FP&A and Strategic Business Planning
-Attend Senior Management Meetings
- Management of cost model
- Challenge budget holders on overhead spend
- Oversee weekly and monthly management reporting
- Provide support/ analysis on various commercial scenario's
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Various ad-hoc projects

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

- Full professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA)
- Outstanding Excel skills (Knowledge of SQL would also be highly advantageous)
- Previous experience within a commercial facing role
- Ability to subtly and directly influence others
- Hands-on approach
- Effective communicator
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
