Axon Moore is currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join their client for a period of 3-6 months to cover a vacancy and support the business through a period of change.
The role will report into the FP&A Director, providing assistance in a wide range of areas.
Duties:
• Lead the business planning process and the underlying models and analysis to help with the understanding if the impact of plans and trends on profits and cash
• Monitor cashflow and forecasts whilst understanding cash needs or requirements for the forthcoming quarter
• Analysis of financial data that the company collects with a view to monitoring and creating models and processes to support key business decisions
• Analysing data, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions
• Supporting key business functions as and when required as a business partner and driving change
• Tracking and supporting project performance, delivery of expected results and monitoring of cash and capital expenditure
• Providing ongoing reports, recommending, and implementing solutions
• Maintaining and developing databases and cleansing data sources
• Improving the flow and quality of financial information
• Build relationships across the business
Person Specification:
• Advance excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to various internal systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
