Group Financial Controller

Communicate are working with a c.£1bn t/o Private Equity backed Household Goods brand in their search for a Group Financial Controller. The business has gone from strength to strength over the last year, and on top of their group-wide transformation programme, are searching for a Group FC to bolster out their finance team.

What the business is in need of right now, is an incredibly technical, experienced GFC/Head of Group Finance, with experience working in large recognisable brands and ideally oversight over Tax, Treasury and Cash Management.

You will have ideally come from a background in Audit, be on an exciting career trajectory and not be adverse to working in slightly chaotic environments, where one day doesn't necessarily look like the next.

This isn't going to be the fastest mover, so this will most likely suit an individual who is passive in their search.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- ACA Qualified

- Extensive FMCG / Manufacturing experience, within large private or PE-backed business

- Managing a sizeable team across the UK and Europe

- A proven track record of hitting the ground running
