Your new firm
An award winning regional firm of Chartered Accountants with offices across the North West are currently seeking a recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) to join their Bolton office in their corporate services team. This opportunity has arisen following 12 months of sustained growth and the firm now require an ambitious senior who can deliver a range of audit and accounting assignments. This firm offer a permanent hybrid working model and will consider both full time hours or 4 days a week.


Your new role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will work in a sub team of the wider corporate services team, reporting into the manager and be responsible for delivering a range of statutory audit, accounting and restructuring assignments as well as providing valuable commercial advice to the business owners from the work you undertake.

Your client base will be varied however a proportion of your portfolio will include property developers & portfolio holders therefore you will be dealing with complex and interesting group structures.

In this role you will be in constant contact with your client base and day to day you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of junior staff, reviewing work, gaining involvement in more complex assignments and ensuring great client service at all times.


What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a recently qualified chartered accountant (ACA or ACCA) who has ideally trained within a regional firm or audit environment and therefore have a good technical skill set. You must be an ambitious accountant looking who has excellent client facing skills and is keen to develop their commercial acumen. Any previous exposure to the property sector would be beneficial.
