Our global medical & pharmaceutical services client based in Basingstoke is seeking a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) finance professional to join the team in the capacity of EMEA Financial Reporting Manager on a 12-month, fixed term contract basis, starting in June 2021.
Client Details
This is a varied role working closely with the EMEA Finance Director, focusing primarily on the delivery of consolidated EMEA reporting across various business finance teams, whilst also providing key financial analysis and commentary regarding major trends and business initiatives.
Description
This position is critical to delivering a full and clear understanding of the EMEA business performance, supporting corporate function leaders with consolidated management reporting for the EMEA entities, coordinating budgets for corporate functions (including Finance, HR & Tech functions), with a smaller component of month end activities for a number of holding companies including preparing financial statements under IFRS for various entities.
This is a varied, commercially-focused role focusing primarily on the delivery of management reporting across various business finance teams, whilst also managing budgets and providing key financial analysis and commentary regarding major trends and business initiatives.
Profile
We are looking for a qualified accountant with proven experience of delivering consolidated reporting of business results within a complex, multi-entity organisation. Candidates will require strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the EMEA finance function. Some experience of budget planning is also preferred. You'll be proven in operating confidently within a matrix environment with the ability to lead change and positively influence indirect reports is essential.
Job Offer
This a 12 month, fixed term contract position starting in early June 2021.
