Senior Fund Accountant (12m FTC)

Senior Fund Accountant - Fully Remote (UK) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - £40,000 + £4,000 Bonus

Your new company
You'll be joining a busy and friendly property and infrastructure team within a global, market leading financial services organisation with operations based in Swindon. Due to the nature of this 12 month fixed term contract, you'll be able to work from anywhere in the UK, or with the team here in Swindon when the office re-opens.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for assisting with the winding down of a fund in respect of the production of monthly management accounts and management information, along with financial statements, VAT and Tax reporting. Specifically, you'll be responsible for;

• Producing monthly management accounts including analysis and reconciliations.
• Producing management information including liquidity forecasts.
• Completing computation, GL reconciliation and submission of VAT returns and HMRC payments.
• Aiding in the preparation of financial statements including supporting documents/workings.
• Aiding in preparation of regulatory reporting to the FCA, along with investor bulletins and board packs.
• Coordinating and controlling client communications.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be joining a fast paced team and 'hitting the ground running', so you'll need to be/have;

• Part/Fully Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA, ACA
• Management Accounting experience
• Prior Fund Accounting experience
• Solid financial accounting skills, including ability to analyse and interpret variances
