Operations Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well known and reputable business in Hull as they look to recruit a dynamic and experienced Operations Business Partner to work closely on the manufacturing side of the business. This highly regarded business is a leader in its sector and boasts a full order book well into the middle of next year as it continues to thrive in it's buoyant marketplace.

Reporting to the Finance Director and having alignment with operations also, you will be working closely with the factory to drive business performance and profitability through controlling and analysing operational costs and overheads.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:-

*Responsibility for the Manufacturing Site P+L
*Produce period end management accounts and month end reporting
*Preparation of the operational budgets & forecasts
*Calculate labour costs for different volume scenarios
*Business Partnering with Operations
*Conduct analysis and reporting on trends
*Manage the Capitalisation process
*Ensure risks and opportunities are highlighted
*Ad-hoc project work to support business decisions

To be successful for this role you MUST have the following skills and attributes:-

*CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified
*Strong costing background within manufacturing would be beneficial
*Minimum of 3 years' experience
*Experience producing both management accounts and financial reporting
*Good business partnering skills
*Team management experience
*Confident and effective communicator
*Keen eye for detail & organised
