Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a successful manufacturing business in Leeds City Centre as they look to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic & self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join a growing business that is currently on a huge growth trajectory in a varied position that will give great exposure into a busy accounting function.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

- Managing the relationship with our third-party purchase ledger processing team
- Responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the purchase ledger
- Month end duties including the posting of journals, accruals & prepayments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supplier and subcontractor payment run processing
- Credit Control
- Raising sales intercompany invoices
- Supporting the wider finance team with any adhoc duties

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

Skills required:

- At least 2 years previous experience within an all round Accounts Assistant Role
- Must have experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction
- Strong Excel (Look Ups & Pivot Tables)
- Self-motivated & target-focused
- Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
