Resourcery Group have been engaged to resource, what is, a unique and exciting in-house M&A role. As Corporate Development Manager, you will undertake an expansive and all-encompassing role as part of the wider Mergers & Acquisitions team taking responsibility for identifying and acquiring new businesses which will add significant long-term value to the group. The M&A team is at the strategic forefront of the business and absolutely business-critical, a central tenet to the Finance department. As CDM, you will support the delivery of potential new acquisitions from origination through to completion as well as assisting with post completion matters. The In-House M&A Manager's tasks include:

- Analysis of potential new acquisitions.
- Commercial due diligence reports and acquisitions modelling.
- Coordination and execution of other due diligence streams (financial and legal).
- Ad-hoc analysis and presentations on the UK market, acquisitions etc.
- Board pack presentations summarising Commercial DD, UK Market and acquisition performance.
Applicants should be:
- ACA qualified with a strong track record in Corporate Finance/ Transaction Services/Deal Advisory
- CIMA or ACCA qualified with a technical degree (Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences, IT, etc) and robust SQL, VBA skills
- Be capable of excelling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.
