We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a newly created Reward team of a Global FTSE 100 company.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a newly created Reward team of a Global FTSE 100 company.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on various Reward matters and supporting the design and execution of various Reward programmes, for example the annual Pay Review.
- Ensuring pay ranges are externally competitive through appropriate benchmarking and market data analysis.
- Working in collaboration with the wider Reward Team, HR generalists, Finance and HR Operations to support the management and delivery of global reward programmes.
- Supporting the Reward Managers on various topics, including preparing reports, international offers and other ad hoc support as required from time to time.
- Strong analytical, numerical and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, working in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists.
- Some analytical experience within the reward field is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
- Advanced Excel (V-look ups/Pivots/Macros) is essential.
