Description

As an Interim Finance Operations Lead, duties of the role will include but are not limited to, ensuring appropriate accounting processes and procedures are in place for the new and ongoing contracts, analysing and working with the budgeting processes, ensuring approvals are accurate and in place, working on implementing operational processes within finance and working with the P2P function. Other duties will include ensuring all appropriate controls are in place, leading on projects focusing on the long-term sustainability of processes within the team, working with stakeholders, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
• Be eligible for security clearance ESSENTIAL
• Have worked in a finance operations environment ESSENTIAL
• Have a solid understanding of end to end P2P processes ESSENTIAL
• Have an excellent knowledge of working with budgets ESSENTIAL
• Have excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL
• Be able to work from home ESSENTIAL
• Have worked in the Public Sector previously DESIRABLE
