Head of Finance | £80,000 - £85,000 + bonus

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance is responsible for the day-to-day management of the core Finance function as well as FP&A. This is an exciting time to join a growing ad-tech agency that is seeking to invest in their Finance team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of Monthly Reporting Pack including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance
• Ensuring all statutory filings including VAT and payroll returns are submitted in a timely manner
• Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting cycle
• Providing performance analysis & variance commentary of budget vs forecast
• Developing accurate modelling tools to provide financial & commercial analysis on margins, WIP, headcount, rebates etc
• Attendance at strategy meetings, suggesting areas to improve profitability
• Business partnering with client teams locally and across the US & EMEA
• Leading an effective UK finance team to meet deadlines, seek efficiencies and foster strong relationships across the business
• Leading on key business projects, such as systems integrations and income recognition

Required Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant post-qualified experience
• A strong technical accountant with good knowledge of statutory accounting, processes and controls
• Highly skilled people manager who is committed to getting the best out of their team
• Strong experience in FP&A
• Industry experience in a marketing/media/tech agency will be essential to your success
