Accountable Recruitment are representing a dynamic and successful accountancy practice in Liverpool City Centre who are looking to appoint a Trainee Account Assistant to join their friendly team.

JOB TITLE: Trainee Account Assistant

SALARY: Up to £19k plus long list of benefits
DUTIES:
- Accounts Payable - processing invoices
- Accounts Receivable - processing sales invoices
- Credit Control - chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Bank reconciliations
- Process journals
- Assisting on VAT returns
- Adhoc projects
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Prior experience working within a finance role would be advantage but not essential (training provided_
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong team player
- Educated to degree level or equivalent would be an advantage
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong excel skills
- Willingness to learn
