Partner Financial are engaged with a Private Equity backed business based in Central London. The company have a strong track record of growth and have a notable footprint from both a UK and global perspective. With aggressive expansion plans through acquisitions across Europe, their strategy positions the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will contribute and support the business by providing key insights and analysis as they look to increase their market share. The Senior Management Team expect the commercial function to take ownership and you will be encouraged to identify growth trends and drive the overall performance of the business.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders including the Brand, Marketing and Sales Directors to identify key commercial drivers
  • Preparing business cases and conducting post investment appraisals
  • Manipulating financial models to ascertain the profitability of new acquisitions
  • Producing detailed analysis to drive behaviour and performance
  • Providing insightful ad-hoc commercial analysis to support the strategic decision-making process
  • Responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process with the key stakeholders
  • Reporting on KPIs and weekly sales forecasts
  • Identifying growth trends and providing recommendations from the analysis
  • Understanding the key factors impacting sales and explaining them to the Senior Management Team

Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA)
  • Big Four Transactions Services background
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities
  • Hands on, analytical and pragmatic approach with strong focus on detail
  • Confidence and credibility at all levels of management
