Description

• Produce weekly, monthly and annual reports
• Insight on sales against forecasts, margin analysis, brand and product sell through analysis
• Payroll management
• Target setting linked to forecasted sales
• Manage cashflow
• Challenge and seek opportunities for cost savings
• Detailed reporting and analysis weekly, monthly and annually
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Lead the improvement of the processes around stock flow starting from intake to sale
• Build and maintain key reports
• Utilise information to build KPI and drive improvement in bottom line
• Manage year end audit
• Build and maintain fixed asset register
• Input into the back-of-house proposal for the new stores so that stock processes and controls are efficient and effective
• Provide analysis on margin affecting variables such as settlement discounts, late delivery discounts, etc to highlight true margin by brand
• Work with the web team to financially appraise proposed new campaigns and provide after-the-event analysis of return on investment
• Feed into appraisals of new stores
• National statistics returns
