Corporate Finance M&A Manager

PS Resourcing is supporting an award winning M&A team in Leeds with the appointment of a Corporate Financier in the position of Manager.

The house carries out M&A and capital raising transactions typically in the £50 million to £300 million value range on behalf of private equity funds, corporates and entrepreneurs.

Working closely with the AD's, Directors and Partners, you will be responsible for the day to day running of client engagements, conducting disposal processes, project managing transactions to completion whilst leading business development and origination initiatives in the region.

Candidates must have previous M&A experience gained in either an accountancy firm, boutique, bank or an in-house corporate development role, first class client handling and project management skills. Regional mid market deal experience is desirable however experienced candidates looking to relocate or those currently in industry but looking to return to the advisory sector are also encouraged to apply.
