Communicate are working with a growing B2B services / Saas company to place their CFO. By combining technology with a more tailored and personable offering, our client are able to work with SME's and small start-ups to provide commercial support and software solutions.
This is a fast moving role that requires an experienced CFO/FD from the SaaS/B2B technology space to get on board with a lean, but extremely successful team and lead the company through continued success. Our client is looking to go through a sale/IPO, so ideally are looking for somebody who is a true change agent, well versed in hitting the ground running in high growth environments with a background in businesses going through sales/IPOs. You will be partnering with the Founder/CEO, COO, and investors to create not only a first-class finance team but ultimately lead the business through an IPO.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- ACA/CIMA qualified with relevant PQE
- Extensive exposure within the B2B technology services/SaaS space
- Ideally led a business through sale/IPO or acted at the senior level at the time
- Ability to operate at both the senior level and act as a team player
