Divisional Financial Controller

Due to internal promotion, a well known brand which has recently secured PE backing has an opportunity for a Divisional Finance Manager. This is an exciting time to be joining the business - and this role is high profile with ownership of the monthly business reporting for multiple sites.
You will report to the Group Financial Controller and this role comes with management responsibility of a team of capable part-qualified accountants who would look to you for mentorship and development. The scope of this role is diverse and could be a perfect platform into a broader financial controller position or head of commercial reporting. Specific responsibilities include:
* Presentation of reporting pack to senior management with full analysis/commentary
* Detailed forecasting and cash flow forecasting
* Review of financial processes, promoting accounting standards best practice, identifying and implementing potential improvements
* Supporting the Management Accountants, identifying development opportunities and providing training
To be considered for this role you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who ideally has experience of working within a complex multi-site business. The ability to demonstrate a proactive nature to identifying efficiencies and improve processes is required and previous staff management would be highly advantageous.
