Interim Finance Systems Project Manager
Blackwaters is recruiting an interim Project Manager for a 9 month assignment starting mid May with our Surrey based international client.
The project involves taking the current finance system through full upgrade to a cloud based system from initial concept scope through to construction delivery including development of delivery programmes and reporting progress to the Board.
Starting with the outline of the upgrade plan, the PM will create the process from end to end including testing, time and motion checks, documentation of process, resource planning, training and system integrity. This will be in conjunction with the Finance Stream Leads who have ownership of individual areas of finance including quote to cash; P2P; Consolidations; GL and forecasting.
Candidates must be qualified and have a strong working knowledge of technical finance within a multinational business. Project management of a systems upgrade is critical and communication skills must be solid at all levels. Previous involvement in an SAP implementation or upgrade will be advantageous. A proactive nature is required and the ability to deal with a fast changing and often challenging environment.
