Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant

International business based in Leeds with a truly unique product offering in the technology sector currently require a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, technically minded accountant to join their finance team within their financial planning and analysis division.

Working with the Head of Finance as well as other stake holders at executive level across the business you will have the opportunity to help shape and drive key process and projects within this rapidly growing and dynamic business.

Initial responsibilities will include:
*Modelling and business analysis contributing to the appraisal of a variety of development opportunities that will influence key board-level decision making.
*Developing and operating key financial models that analyse a range of potential opportunities for the business.
*Evaluate and improve key financial models that support the internal team and their business planning process.
*Validating the content of financial models highlighting and discussing any areas for potential improvement.
*Liaising with internal stakeholders to account for the delivery of high-quality reporting with the aim of improving the standard of financial modelling within the business.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification.
*Previous background in either commercial analysis, reporting or FP&A. Consideration will be given to strong project driven management accountants/financial accountants.
*Financial modelling experience, either assisting with or producing standalone models.
*Strong excel/Microsoft skill set.
*Stake holder exposure within both finance and none finance divisions at senior levels.
