Finance Manager

Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a commercially focused Finance Manager in York, on behalf of a market-leading business that is set for continual growth over the next few years.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with the CFO, this is a fast-paced role that will form a crucial link between finance and the wider business. Producing the month-end results, whilst ensuring the board receives value-adding management reports, which drives decision making.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

-Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Production of the board back and flash accounts including commentary
- Analysis and presentation of major levers and growth drivers to senior management
-Preparation of monthly accounting pack for submission to senior management
-Weekly Cash Flow & P&L forecasting
-Reporting on budgetary variances
- Review ledgers and ensure that they are kept up to date
- Ensure bank accounts are kept up to date including reconciliations and review
-Maintaining and improving the reporting capabilities within the system
-Managing, reporting on and reconciling all intercompany costs
-Preparation and reporting of key KPI's for the business
