International Payroll Operations Manager £55,000 (Real title: Global Payroll Implementation Manager) - Flexible home working policy 

As a Payroll Operations Manager you will assist in delivering Global Outsourced Payroll Services for high profile multinational businesses. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will take responsibility for running multiple onboarding projects, liaising with international offices and an in-house team of payroll specialists to provide first class payroll services. You principal accountabilities will be:
  • Managing global payrolls and operational teams to deliver outsourced payroll management services acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Resolving all project issues prior to director escalation.
  • Lead complex payroll implementations progressing to business as usual
  • Run quarterly project governance meetings
  • Review & sign project manuals
  • Maintaining service levels through regular stakeholder contact
  • Identify and develop ideas which will drive process efficiencies
You will need to be flexible, proactive and commercially focussed with excellent project management skills. Extensive international payroll exposure is essential, ideally supported with the CIPP qualification. Equally, significant project management experience with Prince2 or equivalent qualification being useful.
