Your new company
Our client is an award-winning accountancy firm operating in the Worcestershire area. They provide a modern approach to accountancy considering all aspects and opportunities for clients. They firmly believe that the 'one size fits all' approach is not for them. They understand that clients require a bespoke service based on their specific requirements. This culture also carries through to the way they treat their team - everyone in the firm is treated as an individual who is listened to and respected.
Your new role
Due to both continued growth and succession planning they are looking to recruit a Tax Partner Designate for the firm. As a key member of the tax leadership team, you will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of issues and contributing to the technical development of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably ACA and/or CTA qualified, you will have experience of advising owner managed business clients on their tax affairs (but could have a private client or corporate bias). Experience of managing senior client relationships and being capable of embracing change/technology are both key to this role.
What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with the opportunity to become Tax Partner in the short to medium term. You will receive a competitive salary package and the firm operates an agile working policy for all members of staff.
