Group Financial Accountant | £40,000 - £45,000 | Near Preston | Private Equity Backed SME | 3 year training and development plan to FC
Axon Moore is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing PE backed SME near Preston as they look to grow and further strengthen their finance team with a new Group Financial Accountant position.
The business will offer fantastic support, training and on-going development for a bright and ambitious ACA / ACCA trained accountant who wishes to take a step up in their career. The role will shadow and learn from an industry leading Financial Controller and will be mentored in this role on a daily basis. The business is continuing to grow and so the plan is for this person to quickly become an established Group
Financial Accountant and then continue learning and progressing through to FC in the near future.
The business is consistently pouring investment into their operation which naturally gives rise to a plethora of different opportunities for this accountant to work across the group on different projects from systems, to M&A to operational MI. This will be a great holistic role for the right individual to gain a strong grounding in industry with the right contacts to progress long term.
