Our client is a flourishing Academy, looking to recruit a School Business Manager to join their senior management team.
A highly motivated, experienced individual is sought to play a key role within the school leading the whole school business functions of, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, H&S, ICT and Premises and will be supported by hugely committed team of professionals. This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced, ambitious, School Business Manager with a strong financial background who is looking to join an establishment at a pivotal time as they relish their new purpose built school. .
The successful applicant will bring their undoubted experience of working as a school business / school finance manager to help guide the senior management team into the future. You will be highly motivated, credible and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and drive improvements within the business functions of the school. It is important to have the ability to work well as part of a team but have the confidence and skill-set to work independently. You will be an effective communicator and have the ability to work well with stakeholder and staff at all levels. Formal finance qualifications or DSBM qualifications would highly substantiate your application.
