Group Finance Manager

Technically facing role for a Chartered Accountant at Manager level or equivalent

Your new company
A fast paced organisation who have had a successful 12 months seek to appoint a key hire into their Group reporting function. The role would suit an individual seeking their first move from a leading chartered firm at Audit Manager level or a candidate who has exited the profession that has developed their career within a technically facing role in Industry. (ie Group Accountant).

Your new role
You will support the senior leadership team with the reporting requirements across all global entities including the consolidation of the monthly management reports, oversight for group cash-flow in addition to the control of the balance sheet. You will assist in the production of the annual and half year statutory accounts and work closely with the auditors ensuring the financials align accordingly with IFRS and accounting standards. You will continuously drive process improvement ensuring financial controls are fit for purpose as industry standards and regulations are duly updated.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who trained in one of the leading chartered firms (either a manager / early snr manager level exiting the profession or a former snr auditor who has progressed their career in industry). You will have a deadline driven approach and thrive working within a fast paced organisation who relishes working under pressure during the reporting cycle.
