As audit partner you will be Lead relationship partner for a portfolio of Audit clients across a diverse client base. Depending on the individual this may be a portfolio you predominantly build up over time or it could be one which you largely inherit. Audit quality will be something you believe strongly in and you will have the skills to deliver this in a style which works with clients to help them improve the quality of the financial reporting. You will be the trusted advisor to your clients and targets and will use this privileged position to add value and help clients solve issues across a wide spectrum of areas and where appropriate introduce the other specialist teams within BHP. You will have a desire to help BHP to continue to grow its client base across all service lines.  You will coach and develop individuals within the audit team and will use your skills and experience to help people in other service lines also develop.
