Blackwaters is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a private equity backed construction group.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Key success criteria will be to form a strong partnership with the stakeholders and help them succeed in their objectives (CFO, Regional Finance Directors, Sales Director)
- Manages all Planning & Forecasting and Analysis support of a global business, including R&D, manufacturing and commercial operations (4 regions and 2 global business units)
- Stewards delivery of goals through leadership of business performance management processes
- Provides insight through analysis that helps to drive key strategic and financial decisions, including resource prioritization and allocation
- Evaluates and advises on financial impact of business strategy decisions, commercial programs, pricing, and business development activity, including acquisitions
- Leads Finance Transformation initiatives and help drive business projects forward
- Builds and develops a team that provides strong finance support to business
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in an international business and ability to manage end to end global planning, forecasting and management reporting process and deliverables
- Experience in several roles in complex environments
- Qualified Accountant
