Interim CFO - M&A

Our client, a PE backed Business Services company, are looking for an Interim CFO with significant acquisitions experience to support them through a number of international acquisitions.

The business is actively engaged with a buy & build strategy over the next 6 months and require an interim CFO to take the lead on the acquisitions. This role will be to support an existing finance practice with multiple international acquisitions and will provide further support in acquiring new businesses through this period of growth.

Your experience within a private equity backed business,  full end to end deal support, dealing with the due diligence side and liaising with the owners of the prospective companies with a measured approach, will be key factors to ensure you can offer full support to this business during this time.

Post-acquisition this individual will also support in any finance projects related to the newly acquired businesses.

The role will fall outside IR35 and will be remote working, however if you prefer they do have an office in London.
