Senior Management Accountant

A market leading, dynamic and renowned media and data business is recruiting a Senior Management Accountant on a fixed term basis for 6 month (extension / permanent role likely). You would be part of a top level, hard-working and exciting Finance team within their central London Office.

The role is diverse and interesting with great opportunities to learn and progress. You will be responsible for the day to day management accounts and assisting the Head of Finance in running the department. The role will contribute to the ongoing strategic direction of the business. Your responsibilities will include production of the monthly Management Accounts, financial analysis, and the presentation of the management information, as well as day to day accounting tasks. You will be an effective partner to the business and excited about the opportunity to develop a productive relationship with non-finance colleagues.

We are looking for someone with experience in management accounts who has also worked in a fast-paced finance environment. The business requires a competent and diligent person who is commercially aware and can make key decisions that will impact on the business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be highly numerate; highly organised and prepared to use initiative and challenge existing process. Naturally, you will be confident with the ability to build key relationships.

This role is paying £55 -60,000 + package (pro rata) and based in Central London.
