Group Accountant / Permanent role / Based in Liverpool / £40,000 - £45,000 plus competitive benefits.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified or Qualified by experience Accountant to join our clients growing finance team based in Liverpool.

Our award winning international client have an established position within their sector, and are continuing to grow from strength to strength!

In this varied role you will be working amongst and experienced finance team where you will be responsible for preparing your entities management and financial accounts. You will work closely with your budget holders to build a relationship where you can support, influence and challenge, to create a positive environment of collaboration where you can work together to drive efficiencies through the figures.

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior non-financial stakeholders is key in this role. Technical skills will include a good basic understanding of the balance sheet and previous experience managing a P&L with monthly reporting. In addition, we are looking for candidates who are open-minded and keen to continue learning new areas within finance.
