The Company
Our client is a market leading specialist providing business critical services that support the infrastructure of some of the UKs largest companies. Due to their continued growth and success, they require some additional support on a fixed term basis for six months initially.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering the monthly investment forecasts providing decision support on projects throughout the business. You will develop forecasting models and advise on investments, R&D claims alongside capex/opex reviews. Supporting the Project Managers, you will track costs and ensure budgets are adhered to.
In an organisation where finance is highly thought of, you will provide decision support and strategic direction to the stakeholders this role partners with.

The Person
This role is a key appointment and liaises closely with a diverse range of senior stakeholders. You will lead from the front and not be afraid to challenge the numbers or the decision-making process. Therefore, it is essential that you are a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling skills. Experience of working as a Project Accountant with good knowledge of R&D and RDEC claims would be a distinct advantage.
